Instructions for the 2025 – 2026 APPLICATION

The Brian Pereira Memorial Fund honors the memory of a remarkable individual whose impact on those around him was enduring. A gentle giant, Brian exemplified qualities of kindness, integrity, and perseverance, leaving a mark on his family, friends, and the PRISMS community. This memorial fund is a tribute to his legacy; supporting siblings of someone affected by Smith-Magenis Syndrome who embody the same spirit of compassion, and dedication that Brian demonstrated. Through this fund, his memory is celebrated, inspiring future generations to carry forward the values he held dear.
